Please review the conditions governing our window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior property care services across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
1. Acceptance of terms
By requesting an estimate, booking an appointment, or using any services provided by HORIZON VIEW WINDOWS, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services provided
HORIZON VIEW WINDOWS provides exterior and interior maintenance services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. These services include residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, hard water stain removal, and solar panel cleaning. All work is conducted using professional tools, purified water filtration systems, and appropriate safety equipment.
3. Quotes and estimates
Estimates provided via our online quote forms, telephone, or digital correspondence are non-binding estimates based on the property information supplied by the customer. A finalized price will be confirmed prior to commencing work upon conducting an in-person, on-site assessment. Factors such as severe hard water etching, architectural obstructions, elevated glass difficulty, paint overspray, or ladder access restrictions may warrant an adjusted rate.
4. Scheduling and cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement and crew availability. We request at least 24 hours advance notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. In cases of severe inclement weather—such as high winds, electrical storms, hail, or freezing temperatures—we reserve the right to reschedule services to the next available safe working day to protect technician safety and service quality.
5. Payment terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the scheduled service on the same business day unless written corporate invoicing terms have been established in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payments. Unpaid invoices past 14 days may incur late administrative fees.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers agree to provide reasonable and clear access to all servicing areas, exterior hose spigots, and functional electrical outlets if required. For interior cleaning, window sills and adjacent furniture must be cleared prior to our arrival. For safety reasons, pets must be secured indoors or away from work perimeters, and children must remain away from active equipment, ladders, and pressure hoses at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
While our technicians exercise the highest standard of care, HORIZON VIEW WINDOWS is not liable for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to dry-rotted window frames, cracked or scratched glass, compromised seals resulting in fogged double panes, decaying siding, or unstable gutter brackets. Any damage claims directly resulting from technician negligence must be submitted in writing with photographic documentation within 48 hours of service completion.
8. Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you notice any streaks, missed window panes, or unresolved issues, notify our office within 48 hours of service. Our team will return to re-clean the disputed areas promptly at no additional charge.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising from our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall take place within the courts of Tarrant County or Dallas County, Texas.
10. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.
